Edit Group

At any time we can edit some basic information of our groups to customize to our needs.

From main menu we select **Users / Edit Groups** and then the group type we want to manage. [c5]_

We select **Edit Group**. From the list of groups we select the group we want to edit.


We can edit the following group information (|image1|_):

* **Group Description** : A very short description of the group. We should keep it short as this descriptive name will be shown in LServerAdmin menus and dialogs.

.. note:: We cannot edit **Group Name**. Group must be deleted and recreated with a new Group name.

In the next dialog we can change the **Parent Group** our group belongs to (|image2|_).
